It seems that banks should have some standard procedure for getting this done with international adoptions not being that uncommon. Had to get my husband's accountant at work(his work used the same bank) to find someone kind of higher up to write our letter...ridiculous, huh?<BR/><BR/>Your mother-in-law? What a hoot! We could all take lessons from people like that. Those are great stories!<BR/><BR/>As for the wait. Well, it bites.
