Lori: I am picturing the paryers of all of us for your family as those in Revelation: "When He had taken the book, the four living creatures and the)twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one holding a harp and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints."
May the aroma of our prayers be a sweet smell unto the Lord,... Pattie
It is strange to be on the same side of the world as Addis (only 2 hours difference in Macedonia and Ethiopia) but having to wait to hear from you when you are able to talk to someone at the agency. It is already 7 pm here (9 pm in Addis) but it might even be tomorrow - Thursday - before I will hear anything.
You have been on our minds and hearts constantly for almost a week now. We won't stop praying for you just because it is already late here on Wednesday. It is amazing how close you can feel to folks that you have never met in person before and how you find yourself so wrapped up in their lives. That is the way we feel about you two.
If you get a minute, please visit my blog. I posted about a Bible study that I did a while back. I don't know if there are any words there that will help you. The study was tremendous for me!
