Mudpie.

Ted let the water in the pool out yesterday. Someone else discovered the joy to be had with the resulting mud. Not only is it fun to squish around in, but it's also tasty
(this is after I'd wiped off most of what was in and around his mouth).

And in case you haven't already seen what we're really excited about these days: go here.

I thought that was chocolate... until I read the text! Mud is really great for the immune system, I hear - that kid is going to be the healthiest on the block. Mmmmm, wonder if it works for grownups...

OK, Ted, never say I didn't get you a birthday present. Seriously, guys, thanks for providing a link to charity:water. I've been wanting to participate and this was a great opportunity. Lori - my kids want dad as "Mr. Everything Else" as well. Glad to hear someone else can relate :-)

Yummy. I've heard that mud/dirt is good for you. I still can't help but dry heave when Nora puts her dirty muddy hand in her mouth for a taste. I have to say the worst one I've experienced was Nora sucking on a brown chewed piece of gum on the edge of a chair. That one still haunts me. :)
